He’s perhaps best known for co-authoring the classic The Trusted Advisor, though he also authored Trust-based Selling, and co-authored The Trusted Advisor Fieldbook. Before founding Trusted Advisor Associates in 2001 and shifting his career to focus on trust in business, Charlie spent 20 years in management consulting.
